Tracking & Tracing Shipments
Our standard operating procedure for all import shipments is that we advise all customers either by email or fax pending details of shipments by way of a prealert . This confirms the shipment has been collected and is moving , but may not contain all the details. Once we know and have confirmed the arrival vessel/aircraft and arrival times , we send out an arrival notice.
Shipment status reports
If you are a regular importer and require shipment status reports, we will design a report that is based on your order information, that is easy to understand and give you estimated and updated arrival dates into your warehouse or delivery address. This report is designed with you and using terminology that you and your team will understand.
Your company starts the process by sending us order details, we respond with expected shipping dates, then keep you updated as the shipment progresses or each time there is a change with shipment details.
This can be emailed to as many team members as you wish.
